The rates above are for the apartment accommodation based upon up to 4 people sharing.
Please note that the swimming pool is unheated and as such is usually available only between May and October.
Check in will normally be from 14:30 hours although this may be earlier if confirmed in advance.
Check-out is 10:30 unless previously agreed in advance.
Deposit
A deposit of 25% is required when a booking has been confirmed.
This can be paid directly into our UK account in sterling within 7 days (exchange rate to be confirmed at time) or by Swift transfer to our Portuguese account.
The outstanding amount must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Cancellations
The deposit and/or payment will be returned to you in the event of a cancellation on your part based upon the following:
More than 8 weeks before arrival date: Full refund
Between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival date: 50%
4 weeks or less before arrival date: None
Breakages and Damage
Should any damage or breakage occur during your stay in the accommodation please inform the owners immediately. There may be a charge raised to cover the cost of a replacement or repair.
