Rates for 2012   Winter (January/February/March) 65 Euros*  Spring (April/May/June) 80 Euros Summer (July/August/September)  90 Euros   Autumn (Oct/ Nov/December) 80 Euros   Prices are per night and based upon up to four people sharing the apartment.    * A small additional charge is made to supply logs if requested in the Winter months    Minimum 3 nights.    Check-In  Usually 14:30 but may be earlier if arranged in advance.   Check-Out Usually 10:30 but may be later if arranged in advance.   We are totally flexible regarding check-in and check-out days assuming the apartment is available. This allows many people to book cheaper flights to Lisboa or Porto.    Payments   A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid either in Euros or the Sterling equivalent to our accounts in Portugal or UK.     The outstanding amount must be paid within 8 weeks of arrival.   Cancellation Policy    If you need to cancel a booking for whatever reason the following conditions will be applied to any refund.   More than 8 weeks from date of entry - 100% refund   Between 4 and 8 weeks from date of entry - 50% refund   Less than 4 weeks - 0% refund
