Bedroom 1.
This is a very good sized Master Bedroom, en-suite with a King Size bed and built in oak wardrobes. It allows direct access to the swimming pool area via patio doors.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom contains two single beds and a dresser and has its own separate shower/wc room.
Babies - a cot is available for the very young
Kitchen
The accommodation has a very well equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces, a Fridge/Freezer, Gas Cooker, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Gaggia expresso coffee maker.
All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
The kitchen also has a large open plan Dining Area with extending table and chairs.
There is also a Welsh Dresser containing additional utensils and UK extension blocks so you do not need to bring adaptors.
Lounge
The accommodation has a lounge where there are two, three seater sofas, a coffee table and standard reading lamps provided
There is also a 42 inch flat screen television set up to receive all UK Freesat TV channels and radio stations as well as a DVD player and iPod docking station.
Play your own films from either your iPod or using a stick via the DVD USB port (.DIVX, .XVID, .AVI formats supported)
The Welsh Dresser has around 50 books available for you to read during your holiday. We usually have another 50 or so upstairs too, as we restock regularly with books from the UK.
The Lounge also has a log burning fire, ideal for those romantic evenings in Spring or Autumn.
Outside
There is secure on-site parking accessed via remotely controlled electric gates.
There is a well proportioned, purpose built BBQ building complete with an oven - ideal for roasting suckling pig, a local delicacy.
The swimming pool is 6 x 11 metres in size and the pool patio area has sun loungers, reclining chairs and a table, four additional chairs and a parasol.
The 3500 sq metre garden has a small jetty for fishing and a badminton net during the Summer months. We can also set up golf driving and chipping practice nets.
The garden is acknowledged as being one of the best in the area with shrubs and flowers to meet every season.
Sit by the pool in the late evening, switch on the garden and internal pool light and reach for your glass of chilled wine to really appreciate the peace and quiet that Caracara has to offer.

Windows throughout are fitted with adjustable external shutters to make rooms as dark or as light as you prefer.
Bath and Swimming Pool towels are provided as are hair dryers.
Access
The main driveway and lower gardens are located on slopes so we would not recommend this property for wheelchair users or others with severe mobility problems.
Activities
The villa is located in a quiet rural location and is ideal for bird watching.

Local Restaurants
Just a 15 minute walk from the accommodation are two cafe/bars and a good restaurant and numerous other restaurants are within 5 minutes driving distance.
